Depression?

Hi, I'm feeling really bad at the moment because I was rejected and a good friend is bullying me because of my taste in music. Another friend is going through the same thing. I cry every night and I don't feel well when I go to school. What should I do? I also have the feeling that I'm a bad person and that I'm just in everyone's way. I feel really lonely and really just want to go on vacation so I can get away.

I’m so sorry for you, of course. How to find out if you have a depression you recognize the following features:

constant tiredness, loss of motivation, feeling of pressure in the breast, you distance yourself from your fellow human beings, are permanent or phased even without reason sad,uvm

Don’t let yourself be bully because of your music taste. Everyone has their own taste and everyone likes to celebrate something else. Heads up

you are certainly a good person and even if you should stand away from all that I strongly do not believe ust only important that you do not stand in your own way.

I’m sorry you’re going through a tough time right now.

I’d advise you to talk to a familiar person about your feelings. Eating in itself is not healthy.

You can also try to write your thoughts into a diary.

Depression is a serious disease that needs to be diagnosed by a doctor or psychotherapist.

What you describe sounds like normal feelings in response to a heavy time. There’s nothing sick about that.

Don’t worry, that’s not a depression.

Talk to parents, friends, trust teachers, anyone! Would be good to involve a teacher because of bullying and of course your parents.

It’s very important that you talk about it and don’t mess with it yourself and eat it in you, okay?? So look for help and trust yourself.
