Dentist laughing gas treatment?

Hello, I have extreme problems with my wisdom teeth.

These will be removed later, and the dentist will use nitrous oxide sedation for the removal.

Toothaches quickly affect the ears. Ears = poor sense of balance.

In addition, there is a sore throat and severe difficulty swallowing (I would compare it to tonsillitis)

Now my question is, since I'm definitely not able to breathe properly through my throat, is nitrous oxide still an option during treatment? Should I tell my dentist about my problem?

Greetings

Yeah, I'd inform the dentist about it. Something can happen in your limitations if he wants to use nitrous oxide. It's never wrong to give information for caution.
