This is far too little, I would add more protein, for breakfast cornweckerk with cheese, or porridge, but I wouldn’t give up on coal hedrate, a fist full of potato or rice and lots of vegetables such as salad.Fleisch is a part as big as the hand.

Probably too little. Almost carbohydrates. Hardly vegetables. Too little protein, too little fat, especially essential fats.

No! Too little! Too little! Besides, not exactly varied and/or healthy!
