No, for dairy, “special” rice grains or a special variety need.

Rice is hard. If you do this in a bowl and clean milk, then it will remain hard.

You have to cook milk for about half an hour!

What you call a dairy is your thing, but why not? I think the name is appropriate.

Normal rice is not a dairy. And for me, it would be unfit for the powder.

But if you like this and how you call it, you can decide yourself.

No, there are many varieties! jasmine rice, gluing, dairy, wholemeal etc.
