Demographic characteristics of Greek guest workers?

Hello,

I'm interested in the demographic characteristics of the Greek guest workers who came to West Germany, mostly in the 1960s. I assume they were mostly young men, but what educational qualifications did they have, or were they mostly unskilled laborers? Was there a geographical focus in Greece from which the workers came? And in which cities/regions of Germany did they primarily work? Are there reliable figures on how many came back then and how many still live in Germany today?

Please limit your answers to Greece only! Thank you in advance.

Well, if it’s written by 50 years of acquisitions, the articles are worth nothing. Because there were no purchase agreements over 50 years.

Who of them had a training is not known, they were given the opportunity to earn good money from high unemployment for a few years.
