I'm losing focus on myself and my career because Instagram and the people on there who don't interest me at all distract me. I generally can't concentrate on myself and my business because I see other people bragging about running their own kebab shop on the Reeperbahn, or all these Instagram video reels in general. It's a huge distraction. Would it be a good idea to deactivate it?
