Delete iPhone photos after manually uploading to iCloud?
I can't sync my iPhone with iCloud to automatically upload all my photos. However, I can easily manually select photos from my iPhone's photo library and upload them that way on iCloud.com.
After doing this with several hundred photos, they are now visible in iCloud on every connected device I have, so that's good.
My question: Will they still stay in iCloud if I delete these photos from my iPhone (i.e., the local storage on the device)? I suspect so, but since I can't find anything about it online, I'm not entirely sure. Thanks.
The device automatically manages the memory when little memory is available, then the images are automatically deleted from the device and only a preview is displayed. If you delete an image, it will be deleted from all devices and from the cloud.
I also synchronize my photos with the iCloud, for example, when I make an image with the iPhone and then highlands, then again on the iPad photos sorted out and also delete them on the iPhone or from all other devices.
I hope that could answer your question.
No.
