Should I return a defective Amazon item or use Assurant Device Protection?
Hello, I ordered some electronics from Amazon. I immediately noticed upon use that the item was defective. Would it be better to use the Assurant device protection I purchased with it, or simply return it?
Complain to Amazon and return.
However, the reason for the return should be quite clear that the return is made because the article is defective and also what is precisely defective.
If you simply retour the article without justification, then the defect will be put to you later.
If you send back because of a defect, you can usually cross that you want a replacement delivery, i.e. the same item, but in heal.
Just send it back during the deadline. There is nothing to do with Amazon….The products are scraped and polluting the environment.Because different works and is cheaper for Amazon.
