I would eat lots of nuts and green vegetables. Now starts to grow ill, that would be a good source of vitamin for the next few weeks. In addition, wild herbs contain many vitamins. Apples and bananas alone may not be enough.

Fresh turmeric and ginger are particularly important in the cold season.

Orange contains more vit C than apple. Better oranges than apples.

No, of course not. Point 1 I would vary in the fruit and not only limit myself to apples and bananas, but point 2 is, fortunately, also contained in other foods that are so much consumed vitamins.
