DDR5 with 16GM RAM 4400mhz – HELP?

Good day,

I would like to expand the RAM on my Predator Orion 3000 PO3-655 gaming desktop computer .

Brief data from the PC:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700F 2.10 GHz
Nvidia RTX 4070
16GB RAM DDR5 4400mhz <———– See picture below!!

Ask:
I wanted to upgrade to 32GB RAM and read that the lowest DDR5 clock speed is 4400 MHz and goes up to 7600 MHz.

Do I have to stay at 4400mhz, or can I go higher if a RAM type offers it?

Can anyone help me upgrade my RAM?

I wanted to upgrade to 32GB RAM and read once, the lowest DDR5 clock frequency is 4400 MHz and goes up to 7600 MHz.

Depends on what the CPU + mainboard can do.

Do I have to stay at 4400mhz or can I also because that offers a RAM type to go higher from the Mhz?

6000 MHz should definitely create it (in particular because the i7 from the factory supports 5600 MHz)

Certainly – but I would go to CL30.

CL30 is faster than CL36.

Yeah, you can do.

Moin.

Can I first know what your sampling system has for a clocking (32bit or 64bit)? At 32 bits, the safety lock is very high, which is free at 64 bits to a minimum.
