DB Ticket Cancellation Refund?

Hello,

You can buy tickets directly in the DB app. Now I've chosen a ticket with the option to cancel it.

However, it now says that if I cancel before the validity date, I will receive a voucher with the value of the goods.

If I don't go on the trip, can I exchange it for money?

This is a savings price that is only paid to cancel and no one gets the money paid out. You should have bought a flex ticket. the price is not far away. Because a savings price of € 106 is already very high.

No. You get a voucher code and you can use it for the next booking.

The flex price is what I know you get the money back
