DAZN subscription trap experiences?

Hello everyone. Yes, it happened to me too: I took out a subscription. Right at the bottom, in small print, it said it was an annual subscription. At the top, in large print, it said €20 per month. Of course, I canceled immediately and wrote to support. Support gave the standard answer that there is no right of cancellation for annual subscriptions, and that I had agreed to this and that I could not exercise my right of cancellation. After consulting consumer protection, I was told the following: Cancellation is a right to which everyone is entitled and cannot be revoked by the terms and conditions, because the service is only provided after one year (annual subscription).

So I sent the legal notice to DAZN support and canceled the payment process.

Has anyone had the same experience and if so, how did you proceed?

It happened to me, and it was exactly the same. I had selected payment by PayPal, since you can revoke the withdrawal authorization. But from now on you will still receive a monthly email from DAZN that the payment could not be withdrawn and that you should change the payment settings. Just ignore, they know they can’t complain.

It is, of course, intentionally done at DAZN. Even if you click on Monthly subscription at the beginning, you have to change the tab again to monthly. A classic Abofalle

Hello, so I’ve finished an annual subscription unnoticed and must pay until 2025. But apparently, it is possible to end the annual subscription prematurely or because I want to hug very much up to 2025 monthly
