Disk fails?

Hi, I have the following problem. When I start a game or a program that's a bit larger (in this case, Game Ready or Not), the drive on which the game is located (D:) jumps to 0%, and in response, my C: drive jumps to 100%. The entire game then freezes, and I can only rarely exit. Most of the time, the entire PC freezes. In combination with this, the light on my fans, the RGB, flickers when the program is running, but it hasn't turned off yet. As soon as it freezes, it stops flickering.
