Datenschutz im Krankenhaus vergehen?
Huhu:)
The name is actually a very big No-No. Nameless case signs are limit-value, but by waiving names they are not easily assigned to specific persons. But just mentioning that person X was in the hospital as a patient, just lets conclusions about this person and health data, which is really not possible. People working in the medical field should be more than cautious!
However, what you’re proposing is more likely to be located in the area of cheap revenge when it comes to separation. You really want to sink so deep? What would you do?
Even if it’s just the name? I mean, with names like “Hans Müller” or “Sandra Maier” – it takes more to clearly assign the person.
A world name in a large city is certainly less revealing than a rare name in a rural area.
but who says it stayed maier with Sandra? I’ll just get out of the way the partner knows the person or I can call it a name and just sign the case.
It would be enough for a warning.
However, when it comes to names, I think it is less tragic.
Yes, it is a breach of data protection, but in today’s situation, where nursing staff are shortages, no one is terminated as quickly.
At most, there would be a warning, more but not.
