Data set in math?

Hello,

I don't understand task 1. What is a data set anyway?

So, should I draw a pie chart (bar chart) for each age group with their answers? For example, I'd draw 5 pie charts, because there are 5 age groups…

Thank you very much in advance

You can read the table either in rows or in columns. Each line or column is a data set for the corresponding feature.

Example: The data set for "I find 16 better" is 11 (16-17), 25 (18-29), 20 (30-44), 26 (45-59), 19 (=> 60). The data set to 18-29 is 25, 72, 13.

And you shall select one line and one column and represent it accordingly.

There is "For One Age" and "For One Response". So TWO diragrams, one for one line and one for one column. That's exactly how I wrote it in the last sentence.

As a rule, rows are referred to as data sets. (This comes from relational databases.)
