Data deleted, what now?

I'm having a problem where I wanted to clear my PC's memory and deleted unimportant files. I thought they looked unimportant, but now Google Spotify and Opera are showing up as blank sheets of paper in my taskbar, and I can no longer open the files. Can someone tell me what I need to do and perhaps what might have happened?

Apparently, you deleted the programs or the program folders. It’s not really great because now in the system of the programs there are still pussies lying around, which are actually removed by uninstalling.
You could try to reinstall the programs that are no longer going.
So go to the website of those, download, reinstall.

And in the future nothing without plan to delete..

You’ve been using one of those dangerous cleanup programs that you can use to destroy your entire system.

You need to reinstall or link the stuff as I don’t know what you’ve deleted.

Unfortunately, you can’t undo this anymore, but you could save everything in a Usb stick first, check, then delete everything.
