You have to worry about the good of a protégé. This also includes the digital welfare.

The handling with whom you are doing anything is also traceable on the phone and especially important to understand. Mobbing and Co must be recognized early. Even illegal things have to be somehow prevented.

So in general, yes she may.

Supplement: From a certain age you have a certain privacy that the supervisors must also accept. Weekly checks are no longer allowed. She’s still allowed to do that. Generally, the right to privacy begins from 14 years. But you can really live out with 16.
