On the one hand, if you don’t want your private spaces to be filmed, they can’t do that either.
On the other hand, if you don’t let it happen and damages arise, it’s also more difficult for you to prove that these damages were caused by the construction work.
My suggestion would be that you can agree on the condition that you can hold this creation of photos/videos even on video. So you have something in your hand in case of damage.
History is legal and a completely normal procedure if, for example, spund walls have to be set or as a result of which there are always strong shocks that can damage surrounding buildings. This is not about “acceptably” but actually about documenting the actual state and securing itself in this way if damage really occurs through the construction site.
They also film not you or your furniture, but above all the walls.
This is about “Before – After” in case of damage. You don’t have to admit it. Your decision, your risk.
If an inventory is part of the construction work and that is announced by the landlord, you will have to notice the date.
They won’t set up cameras permanently in all rooms, that wouldn’t make sense, you misunderstood.
Anyway, it would be more sensible to ask the landlord what is exactly planned.
Maybe damage has been reported to the house, e.g. cracks in walls.
That’s all legal, the landlord will secure himself and for you, that’s also a protection. If really what would be and no recordings were made before, you would have only very little chances with claims.
I would make the photos myself, in the presence of those responsible, and keep them safe in case something should happen.

Without your permission, they can’t.
If, of course, there are really damages,
you will have trouble on the construction
in the light of the above.
you don’t let them in your apartment. if damage should occur, they will not be taken over.
you are a tenant – so the landlord can guide it in the way. if necessary by court.
that serves as proof
other buildings can be damaged by construction work.
