Loading...ich lade im Moment Videos hoch bei denen ich Bilder benutze, da ich aber Geld verdienen will muss ich Videos hochladen die eine Minute oder länger gehen. Ihr könnt euch ja mal mein Account anschauen und mir ein paar Ideen geben.
Gibts ne möglichkeit auf twitch von grossen streamern alte streams auf dem eigenen channel permanent laufen zu lassen bzw. wie richtet man das ein?
Ich möchte gerne über meinen PC bei TikTok-Livestudio einen Livestream einrichten, bei dem man den Bildschirm meines PCs sieht. Und leider bin ich zu dumm dazu das hinzukriegen. Kann mir einer sagen, ob man dafür irgendein Programm oder so braucht?

When it comes to a factual criticism/analysis of foreign contributions, it is of course possible to demonstrate in the context of the right of citation what it is actually about.
But that’s not what you want.
There would be the right to art copyright, which means that everyone has the right to his own image. I.e. the author of a recording determines who is allowed to use his recording where and who is not (the most important exception: citation law) and in addition the imaged person has the right to determine who is allowed to use recordings from her where (§ 22 KunstUrhG – most important exception: person of the history of time).
Conclusion: I’d let my fingers off. A “collection of the most beautiful TikTokerinnen” could take some of them as quite sexist personally.
But since the authors of the pictures and Peron shown are quite identical, of course no one prevents you from simply asking the rightholders for permission.
Write to them what you’re doing and whether that’s okay for them. And if it’s okay if you can choose the most beautiful shots you think you can choose, or make this choice pre-define and submissive.
If you don’t get an answer, that means “no!”

But alone with a short shorts search, many Dilara fanedits or clips came from their live streams. You won’t get a problem with it, especially because influencers know this happens and in the crowd it’s impossible to deal with everything – especially since I don’t think they have any interest in it…
