Yes, of course. Also pack in the suitcase. You can’t take any of it in your hand luggage on board a plane.

but I don’t want to cut off anyone with a mini needle or cut someone with the scissor. the crochet needle is not even pointed

I guess you don’t want to.

Edit: Crochet needles are actually allowed. Most airlines only prohibit knitting needles.

Of course, just not with the safety control in the hand luggage, but only in the checked baggage – in the case of crochet needles, this might even go in the hand baggage, so you should ask beforehand.
