Danke an jeden Antworter!

Class B contains only the class AM and L

Class AM:

light two-wheel motor vehicles of category L1e-B in accordance with Article 4(2)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 168/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 January 2013 concerning the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles (OJ L 60, 2.3.2013, p. 52),

L1e dual-wheel motor vehicle (small-power wheel) with maximum design speed of up to 45 km/h and engine capacity up to 50 cm3 or up to 4 kW for electric motors.

So for you, 50ccm is over

You can only drive two-wheels over 50ccm with the class AM included in class B if they were on the market before 1952 and have less than 1 hp or if they were on the market before 1957 and weigh less than 33 kg. For a S70 you need class A1.
