Are you allowed to go outside with the cat/kitten?

I've had a kitten for a few days now, and since I read that they shouldn't be left alone at home for longer than 2-4 hours, my question is, can I take her outside? Not on a leash, of course, but in my arms. I haven't found a concrete answer to this.
thanks in advance

Your puppy is lonely. You have to get a second. Keeping cats alone is animal cruelty. There’s no way to get out.

The solution would be a second kitten. You don’t keep kittens on your own unless you’re here for several hours.

At the latest when your kitten becomes lonely, it will make you feel it by scratching furniture or the like.

A cat boy wants and should move. Play, run, dead, hunt. And as far as possible with an artist.

Why do you want to carry them out?

What exactly should it have, except that it is very uncomfortable and triggering! Get your cat a buddy.

Well, then your kitten gets panic due to some noise and jumps out of your arms and is gone.

So it’s not a very good idea.

You need at least one second kitten.
