Well, it is the same process, but the two parties do not do the same, but rather slightly different. The verkaeufer releases the cigarettes to a minor and this is according to JuSchG § 10 para. 1 forbidden. But the minor buys the cigarettes and that is not forbidden to him by law. The causative therefore acts illegally, but the minor does not.

And something that is not prohibited by law is allowed.

If the SALE is prohibited by law, you cannot buy a product legally! The sale is the name of a transaction from the seller’s page, The buyer’s view is called the purchase -> that is the GLEICHE process!
