Kommt auf den Shop an – das Gesetz sagt klar: keine Abgabe und auch keine Gestattung des Konsums… da man aber in so manchen Shops dampfen darf oder Liquids ausprobieren kann, kann man das schon als “Gestattung des Konsums” auslegen… darum heisst es eben in vielen Shops: Zutritt erst ab 18.
Bei uns steht Eintritt ab 18 Jahren. Oftmals dann halt nicht.

Ganz egal wie das gesetzlich geregelt ist, solange du sagst, du hast deinen Ausweis vergessen, wird “Dann musst du leider hier wieder raus” die schlimmstmögliche Reaktion

Also als ich 17/ 18 war, hat jeder zweite Vape-Laden mich nicht nach Ausweis gefragt. Und nein, ich sah nicht älter aus.
Ich bin da sogar teilweise mit meinem Rucksack von der Schule hin 😀
Man kann schon bisschen tricksen.
Wenn man dahin geht und sagt “Ich will XY Liquid”, ist es naheliegend nach nem Ausweis zu fragen.
Wenn man dahin geht und sagt “Hey ich suche ein neues Liquid, am Besten ohne Koolada und Fruchtgeschmack, haben Sie Empfehlungen?” – dann ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit viiiieeel geringer.
Und wenn man seine Vape dabei hat und dabei dampft, wissen die ja auch, dass man nicht irgendwie Zivi ist oder so…
Oh… hätten die aber MÜSSEN… und ich kenn das auch nicht anders hier in unseren Shops, das alle, die nicht klar nach Ü18 aussehen, nach dem Ausweis gefragt werden.
