Darf man kaputte Sachen zurück schicken (amazon)?

Hallo.

Only if it’s delivered broken.

If it was your own fault, of course it is not

Could be scam on and for itself.

But if you say that the heater should have stopped the fall, then that would be a lack of material (e.g. a lack of material that made the goods more susceptible to breaks) and could quite regularly complain.
Proofing you are on the better side, you only have to prove the existence of the defect (just as your goods are broken) and the trader would have to prove that the defect was not already present at purchase.

And if you say you believe this with the lack of material and that it should have survived the fall without prejudice, then it is not a fraud.

Send back – no one can forbid you.

But, of course, you have to give honest information. And you will of course no money get back.

If you’re trying to pretend with false information, the part would have been broken from the outset, then you’ll Fraud. And that’s one Crime, where there are considerable consequences.

You broke it. So buy a new heater. Everything else is waste of time and against common sense.

Hello,

Why? He fell down, you don’t get a new one because you don’t get any money back.

You can tell amazon that you fell down and what’s broken, maybe they’ll fix something on cunning

and now it no longer works

by your fault

  • What is Amazon supposed to do with the broken heater?
  • Would you order a broken heater?
  • Your question looks like a minor for me, is it you?

You can.

However, you may also expect Amazon to not refund a cent after checking the return, because the damage was neither caused by Amazon nor the manufacturer.

It can even be quite true that first refund is made because only the return has been recorded in itself, and then your problem will be detected in a later accurate check, and Amazon will debit the purchase price from your account.
