However, since you are not willing to accept any reasonable work, the employment office may shorten the unemployment benefit.

It’s certainly not forbidden. You’re not being forced to take any job.

And if you’re well-founding what you’ve done, you can also reject some jobs without any problem.
Only if you refuse from 10 suggested jobs 10 is it no matter what reason you have then you will get (almost) a lock. First of all, if you don’t show your own initiative and find yourself jobs that you will also apply to.

It is normal at the discretion of the job center employee in how far you can find your efforts to find a job or not. So up to a certain degree, it is completely ok to reject jobs. But the longer you are unemployed, the sooner you have to take a job or at least apply.

So try to find jobs yourself and not just wait to get what from the job center. They’re usually not good.

So it’s legal, but then, because of a lack of participation, you can shorten your performance or completely delete it.

Yes, you can refuse. However, the office may also shorten your money if you refuse to look for a job. Red-blue eagle

But I want to know why they say I would refuse?

Because you obviously refuse. … then you can call it that.

This depends on whether you really mean “work office” or “JobCenter”.

Legal yes.

But if you already need the help of the employment office to find a job, I don’t think you can claim any.

I have professional experience and certain expectations.

If you were so good, you wouldn’t need the employment office.

In your experience, you have a well-paid dream job without a job

You don’t have to accept an immediate 35 % downturn. It looks different if you haven’t been available for 6 months.

If you’re not unemployed, why are you interested in rejecting jobs? Because if you’re not unemployed, they don’t send you any suggestions because you’re not reported to the office.

No one can refuse JOBS. Anyone who refuses is not available to the general labour market.
