Are you allowed to transfer money to your parents every month?

I would like to transfer around €1,000 to my parents every month. I earn the money legally myself and would like to know if it is possible to support my parents in this way or is it forbidden?

You can do it. However, if they receive services such as ALG2, it is estimated that they will then have to indicate accordingly.

Why would that be forbidden? Only the limits for donation tax (although they are distant here) should be taken into account, as well as the calculation of social benefits, such as civil money or basic pension by parents.

You can support[tyen, who you want, in which H;he also always, you will not get a donation receipt.

As long as your parents do not receive benefits from the state (e.g. basic insurance), this is not a problem.

ABER that is valid for 10 years. At EUR 1000 per month, donation tax fell after 40 months.

If it’s legal and you can give it to the tax return, your parents would have to tax it.

If you add it to your tax return, you reduce your tax burden, but your income is tax-relevant and the $1,000 you receive are part of your income.

That’s income for her. Must be taxed when in Germany and when it comes to account. But if you give cash, money won’t leave a trace….

because parents only have a free allowance of €20,000 at donations.
You can push the tax duty out a little until each of the parents got 20k, so for 40 months. from then it doesn’t matter who gets money: the tax office earns with,

Partial payments are also paid together later, starting at €10000 for money laundering, you have to prove where the money comes, and because you have your parents money and see in your money how this is with the Donation tax.

Hope that the sent money is net and not gross that the taxes come no matter how, either you do the right thing or the tax payment/request/review comes unplanned and believes that you don’t want to….

Can you transfer your parents money every month?

of course – why not? It’s your money and you can do what you want.

The question is where you got the money from?

in other answers you write that you earn money yourself.

4 months ago you started training. What training do you earn so much that you can give 1,000 € to your parents every month?

or do you want to tell me that you are

so much money? especially because you couldn’t even do that 3 months ago

Thus, you must have learned so well in 3 months that you now earn over €1,000 per month.

You can do your private money and do what you want.

No, it’s not forbidden.

But if they don’t pay civil money, I wouldn’t do it: DAs is counted.

Your response to my demand suggests you’re dirty. So if you want to drop money under the tich, you should start the more skillful. A money transfer via banks is understandable. Yes – the transfer is allowed. Why not. But everyone who has access can evaluate that.

That’s why I ask you again: Why do you want to give your parents a lot of money?

So you’re fucked.

You can prove a lot. Not everyone gets away from it.

If you take taxes, it’s not legal. If you are only interested in supporting them, you can of course provide them with an open and transparent €1000 per month and there is no reason to hide them in any way.

It is not forbidden to give your parents money. It’s just quite unusual and you might think something about it. Don’t you think so?
