Can you advertise a small business in advance?

I want to start a small business and thought: Before I register a business, I'll put up a poster in our local supermarket to see if people are even interested in what I do. Is that allowed?

Hello,

Yes, it should be officially You sign up a business before you Preciousto be profitable. ๐Ÿ™

On the other hand, founders are recommended to start only when you pre-validated has that customers are really interested and willing to invest money in your product/service.

Therefore, it is actually a reasonable idea to test it beforehand. ๐Ÿ™

No, because as soon as you turn on your performance, you’re already doing business. In accordance with ยง 14 GewO, who operates a trade is obliged to indicate this from the outset to the trade office. A late trade show would be an offence.

Before I make a business registration

you can prepare, but do not work commercially.

I hang out at the supermarket in the corner

which is already a commercial activity.

If the supermarket owner has nix, you can do it.
Please consider that commercial advertising there is usually not free!
