Can you enter a hotel room with several people if you have only specified one person?

If a hotel room is booked and the number of guests is stated as 1, but one or two other people are in the room for 3-4 hours, is that possible?

Most of the time only one person spends there.

Of course you do. This is mainly about how many beds you need etc

Of course – you can certainly visit the room, only nobody can stay there.

An example:
During meetings and courses, it is not surprising that one meets informal conversations – often at the beer table or the like, but sometimes also at rooms, because one does not want to discuss everything publicly.

Yes. Exceptions are hotels in areas with a lot of prostitution (e.g., Thailand).

Of course you can take a visit to the hotel room. Only don’t let anyone stay who hasn’t reported.
