How is it legal?

Rightly, it is fraud, without if and but. Criminal law It doesn’t matter whether it was controlled or not.

If it comes out, you can be sentenced to Swedish curtains from fine to 5 years.

To stop this, a photo on the insurance card has been on the insurance card for several years.

There are also people who lead wars of attack. It is not allowed, even if it is simple. Healing costs arise for which the community of the other insurers pays. These are the injured.

It would be a fraud in legal terms, as you’re giving a performance.

Whether brother or sister is coming, in practice, one might also see without a picture.

How is it legal?

According to § 263 StGB this is fraud. Your brother is providing aid and is therefore also punishable. You would both be sentenced to a juicy fine. A prison sentence (for you) is possible up to 5 years. And for your brother up to 2 years.

In such cases, prison sentences would be appropriate. These Pippifax punishments usually do nothing. And according to his description, he even feels right.

Because of such ideas and because it has been made to baptism, there are only maps with pictures in Austria. All without picture were invalid with one stroke. Before that, an ID had to be required. This has also been done if you’ve never been to the doctor’s office and/or you haven’t really known. Even today, such an identity can be demanded. Image back or forth.

You can guess three times.

Little help: “yes” is not the right answer.
