You don’t have to send anything back, that was their mistake. But of course you can’t keep it that way. So tell them what they say. Theoretically, you only have to provide it for collection.

correct-in the rule the returning expensive and culantly, as the error is at zalando, they will probably write off the pullover and the FS “snken”-possibly would also be able to keep free return-only without feedback, that is not possible

If you’re “morally flexible”, you keep the delivery and wait for an invoice from Zalando to come.

If you want to look at yourself in the mirror for the next few weeks, register at Zalando and write the process and wait for what they say.

Rightly, you have to give it back. You have to carry the shipping costs but only because they made a mistake, it does not belong to you automatically.

If I lose my key somewhere, it doesn’t automatically belong to the Finder.
