Can I order cigarettes from an EU country (Czech Republic) to Germany?

I found a few websites where you can order cigarettes from the Czech Republic. Is this illegal? Is there a way to clear customs duties in advance or to clarify this with the customs office? I don't want any problems.

That you want to exercise would be a violation of the tobacco tax law

In the case of cigarettes and tobacco products, however, the case has two hooks: firstly, Czech online kiosks selling cigarettes and tobacco products generally do not supply the goods abroad.

Secondly, and from a legal point of view, it is crucial that tobacco products are subject to customs legislation. Where tobacco products are shipped from other Member States without valid German tax marks, there is a violation of the tobacco tax law.

Since tobacco products are not transportable in Germany without German tax marks, they are already secured and destroyed by the administration during delivery.

This applies both to shipments from private to private and from a retailer to private.

A legal dispatch of cigarettes purchased in the Czech Republic without German tax marks by post to Germany is therefore not possible.

The pages are probably fake. The import of cigarettes by post is prohibited – also within the EU.
