BMW e36 316i M package?

Hi. I have a new BMW e36 316i in my collection. However, I'm not sure whether I should install the M package because of the lack of power (it has 100 hp). I find it unpleasant when I have the M package but then there's no power. Or how do you see it?
Nothing is damaged, but the paint is optimized for higher temperatures and is not actually intended for outdoor use.
The frame doesn’t matter.
But radiator paint is intended exclusively for use in buildings.
The paint is therefore weathered quickly on a bicycle.
You can also paint cars with it.
Originally rolled, blue radiator paint doesn’t even look so bad. Better than black matt – which is a plaster color.
In addition, scratches disappear completely by themselves in the case of sunshine/light heating.
