Darf ich mit einem selbstzusammengebauten GoKart/Kettcar zur schule fahren?
Was ich gemacht habe:
Ich habe mir 2 “Fahrzeuge” selber gebaut einmal ein umgebauten Gokart/Kettcar mit einem Kettensägenmotor und einmal ein komplett umgebauter einkaufswagen auch mit einem Kettensägenmotor
Warum ich des gemacht habe:
Ich bin ein extrem fauler Mensch und ich habe es immer gehasst zu Fuß von der Schule nach Hause zu gehen und dann hab ich mir irgendwann gedacht: “hmm… kettensäge + gokart = ne nice sache” also machte ich mich an die arbeit für unter 40 euro die teile zusammenzu bauen (es hat 6 tage gedauert) und heute wurde ich fertig und hab mich gefragt: ist es überhaupt erlaubt? Weil es ist ja jetzt kein 200 ps SUV sondern nur ein kleines gokart mit kettensägenmotor und ein Einkaufswagen mit Kettensägenmotor
Die frage:
Ist es erlaubt oder nicht? Und wenn nicht dann warum genau?

Take your vehicle to the TÜV and check it for traffic safety. If it gets the plaque there, you can also let it be insure (maybe even a license plate) and then take part in the road.
Can you really get that to TÜV? I’ve never seen a gokart with TÜV and license plates, but if that really goes, that would be really cool
It is motor-driven, you want to take part in the road – so if the TÜV the will not see, then I would let them in writing so that you have something in your hands during any police checks. Could be at most that you have too few hp or low top speed and therefore do not need a plaque – but I would also have that confirmed by the TÜV in writing.
Could be – but you should ask again. And my unhealthy half-knowledge reaches its limits…
Can I drive it without TÜV if it has only 3.5 hp and runs at most about 10 to 20 kmh?
Because you can’t go public with it and you can’t get a good license
