Insbesondere die Fahrzeuge mit Baujahr bis Ende 2001 gibt´s noch an jeder Ecke, und real fahren die sogar 55 km/h, weil es damals noch eine großzügige Toleranz von 10 % gab. 45 oder 55 km/h, das macht innerstädtisch schon einen großen Unterschied aus – mit 45 km/h wird man ständig überholt, mit 55 km/h kann man bequem mitfließen. Das war wieder mal ein typischer Staatsstreich eines gelangweilten Sesselfurzers, der damals im Zuge einer EU – Vereinheitlichung die 45 km/h ausgewürfelt hat.
