that depends as always on what Mother has agreed.

A driver cannot insure himself, he only costs contribution, and there some insurance companies agree a penalty of up to 3,000 EUR if the dear VN cheat.

So ask her what she agreed.

WTF?

The vehicle is insured no matter who drives the vehicle. You could also drive my car – the insurance does not dare.

What you should note: for cost reasons, young drivers are often excluded. Your mother should check in her contract.

Is there really “unknown” or “unknown”authorised” Driver?

This can’t stand, an insurance doesn’t speak. Requirement and possibly also a penalty are known if the driver’s circle has been cheated and contributions are therefore missing.

For this purpose, it may be necessary if a specific driver circuit has been effectively excluded. Please check your mother’s insurance contract.

You can drive if your mother allows.

However, it becomes expensive if you cause an accident. Then fat bonuses will be due

if the car is not insured for me,

pointless statement. The drive train is insured and you can drive with it at any time. In the event of an accident, the insurance would also be regulated – but it would then lead to a recalculation of the premium and probably also a “criminal payment”.
