Am I allowed to move out at 17 if my mother has already abused me twice?

Hello, I'm 17 years old, will be 18 on March 7th and I have a question.

My mother and I have been having problems for years and we both realize that we can no longer get along…

The problem is my mother has used violence against me three times. She hit me in the face twice with the palm of her hand, and once she pulled my arm so hard that she hurt me.

I just don't know what to do anymore, so I'm asking here so I can get answers about what I can do about it and whether I can really move out at 17 if I have these problems with my mother.

Since my father died, we've both been struggling and realize that there's no way we can live together anymore, but she just won't let me move out! What can I do about it?
She's also been threatening me for a few days now that she'll beat me to death and punch me in the face the next time we argue…

I urgently need help! What can I do about this? I look forward to hearing from you.

You can take off with 2 options

Possibility 1: Your mother wants you to move out and rent an apartment for you and pay for it alone.

Possibility 2: The Youth Office wants you to go out there and take you in a group or cared for housing. You’d be a little old for a nursing family, but that would also be a possibility.

But if your mother doesn’t want to finance your apartment, and if the youth office doesn’t want to put you anywhere else, you’ll have to stop it. And for your mother, the situation with you is certainly not so crude…

No, just not because your mother has custody. Turn to the youth office.

Go to the Youth Office to help you. You may still be able to stay in a group or the like.

You can contact the youth office and they’ll help you. Just pull out like this isn’t inside.

Turn to the youth office, or in urgent cases where you are beaten to the police and self-defense you may also apply.
