You always have the right to fight. Why not in a clinic?

As always applies – your emergency action must be necessary and appropriate to prevent a current or imminent illegal attack, for which there is no more mild DIR MÖGAUER remedy. See also StGB.
And as always, In Dubio pro reo – it would have to be proven DIR wrong, not you have to prove your innocence.

If someone is attacked in the clinic, most of them are staff. Patients who become violent among themselves get a free ride to the JVA or the psychiatry. At any rate, we are driving a strict zero-tolerance policy on violence.
