You can definitely do that. At worst, they say that they do not support this form of treatment. In your case, I also generally see very good chances with a reasonable pain doctor, even before legalization. That should not be a problem anymore.
It is only important that the fewest doctors themselves are informed. So look at what kind of thing that could help. (pages like flowzz.com help very well)
By legalization, cannabis is no longer part of the BtMG and it can be prescribed by doctors very unproblematic, so they want.
thanks to
Although cannabis is legalized in Germany, this is the “recurrent consumption”. In terms of medical use, nothing has changed. In principle, THC (the extractive active ingredient of cannabis) can have a pain relief effect. However, it is not quite easy to get prescribed as a medicine, because the hurdles are relatively high.
The prescription of cannabis is admissible if (Achtung Juristendeutsch)
‘…a generally accepted performance that meets the medical standard is not available in individual cases’or if this performance is “…in individual cases, according to the reasoned assessment of the treating contracting physician, taking into account the expected side effects and taking into account the condition of the disease of the insured person or the insured person’;.
In other words, cannabis may only be prescribed in Germany if there is no appropriate and promising therapy method with regard to a clinically relevant disease (either medicamentally or otherwise), existing therapies cannot be applied for medical reasons, or if all the therapies failed with existing therapies (therapy assistance).
The decisive point here is the therapy resistance. The legislator does not define them exactly. The determination of whether there is a therapy resistance in individual cases or not lies in the competence of the respective treating physician. Now there are doctors who are very open to treatment with cannabis and are relatively quick to diagnose therapy resistance to those who almost reject cannabis as a drug… and of course there is everything in between.
Just out. By changing the law, this could perhaps even be easier to get on prescription. Before that there were only a few doctors who have prescribed this for a proper fee. Chronic pain should have better chances than in people with mental illnesses (see depression, anxiety disorder etc.) so bring your findings and a list of medications you have tried out and describe nothing of it helps and try your luck. Since it is now also possible to obtain legal cannabis, you can also describe a self-interested and the possibly positive effect.
You’re asking if it’s a medical benefit in your case.
You don’t have to smoke.
You can also eat it properly processed.
The effect is much stronger and lasts much longer.
In other countries this effect has been used for a long time, i.e. for certain diseases.
The one who smokes a little joint on the weekend doesn’t matter.
For pain patients and chronic diseases, depending on the shape, cannabis is often what brings normality for a few hours.
You can buy it legally and try it yourself in some quality or by the doctor.
He should be able to keep you informed.
Remember, it’s not a miracle cure anyway.
The healing aiding effect was often underestimated.
I’d say, just like that.
Tell her that all previous painkillers did not help you and you would have thought about cannabis. It’s nothing wrong! She’ll tell you what she thinks of it.
Good luck!
I have Bechterew and get Fentanyl.
I can only touch it!
Side effect is weight loss without end!
I’m down from 110 kg to 70 kg in 5 years.
the problem is, I am already very underweight
Let it go! I tried cannabis and I didn’t get it well, but it helps others enormously.
Now you can take thc without asking.
But I’ll talk to my doctor.
Your doctor can ask everything.
