Darf ich meine Mofa mit ein Autoführerschein Problemlos entdrosseln?
Hab eine Mofa die 25 km/h fährt und eine Prüfbescheinigung. Mein Roller hat aber 50ccm Hubraum, darf ich dann mein Roller entdrosseln wenn ich mein Autoführerschein hab? Weil dann darf ich ja legal Roller fahren die bis 45 km/h fahren könn. Also ich kann meine Mofa nicht entdrosseln ich müsste dann nur eine andere Cdi einbauen. Aber die eigentliche Frage ist, ob ich die cdi dann einfach einbauen könnte und legal so rumfahren könnte, oder muss ich es irgendwie bei der Polizei vorzeigen oder die irgendwie neu anmelden?

The problem is that you need not only the driver’s license for 45 scooters, but also the vehicle registration for 45 scooters. If this type of scooter was built by the manufacturer in a throttled Mofa version and an unthrottled 45 version, it might be possible to convert the scooter to the unthrottled version, and to apply for a new approval with TÜV certificates. Old Mofa scooters sell and buy a similar old 45-s scooter used but in any case cheaper than the whole effort with remodeling, TÜV approval and new approval!
