You may sue anyone, but the action is dismissed by the court. The lawyer who submits the lawsuit for you to the court (if he does it at all) is happy about his costs you have to pay and the staff at the court have something to laugh. Perhaps particularly absurd complaints are also collected.

If you had told McDonald’s, you would have got a new Cheeseburger and that’s what the matter would be done.

No.

You have not suffered any damage, there is no possibility for damages.

And 10 billion are completely utopian, even if someone would transport you into the wheelchair for life.

Mostly the euro for the Cheeseburger because she didn’t want to eat afterwards xD

But that or a new burger would probably offer the place without having to crush it in court 🙂

Would you also save a few hundred euro attorney fees

Velbert2

Yes, in the USA. Even there would be no success.

Yes, you can. Your lawyer will be happy if you want to do him a favor then raise the dispute value, his fees would be a little more lucrative for him.

But the evidence-protection procedure has already been running? Otherwise you can forget everything.

If you really didn’t order it, just refuse its payment and pay the bill only as to your order.

Try it. If you’re lucky you get the money (very unlikely). If you have bad luck, you still have to pay the court (very likely).

Of course you can, but the chances are exactly at 0.0% that you win or that the lawsuit is admitted at all.

If you had told me, you would have got a new cheese.

No, not in Germany. Because of a hair, you can return the food, it must be exchanged for a flawless thing that is yours. If you can’t repair, you’ll get the money back.

Even in the United States, such absurdly high money can no longer be sued.

If you had actually suffered a damage, you might complain to a pain grant, ABER would be a few euros, the attorney fees would exceed it a lot.

only for damages for the damage caused to you…

Yeah, you can.

Sure. Success

Not even in the U.S. and in Germany. In addition, you will not be able to afford the costs.

Find a lawyer and file a complaint.

You can sue her on a new Cheeseburger.

Wiesel

No. This does not give rise to legislation. For KV. Because of 2°C to hot coffee, there are only such punishments in the USA!

Yes, you can sue.

The legislation did not ask.

If you have too much money, you can do that.

No, not there either. Google’s history with coffee. The lady had heavy brunettes, that was not a Pipifax.

The lady put the hot coffee in the driving car between her legs. In Germany, the judgment would have been different… But we also have a health insurance in Germany, ergo would never have come to the lawsuit.

Even in the United States, this does not work. The infamous case with the hot coffee at MacDonalds at that time was a little different. The coffee was boiling, the lady, who was then torn so in various Memes, originally wanted to charge only her hospital costs because she had suffered burns of third degree (cf. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stella_Liebeck).

germanils

Yes, but the story is often drawn into the ridiculous (as also here with “2 degrees too hot”), because of it would have burned a bit of the tongue when drinking. Clearly applicable rules were broken and the woman was therefore seriously injured. She wanted only 20,000, by the way, but McD had refused. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liebeck_v._McDonald%27s_Restaurants
