Yes, you can. Only when the part is driven faster than 25 km/h, you need a driver’s license (at least AM), registration, insurance and helmet.

The insurance is already required if the thing is driven by its own power more than 6 km/h.

Of course, if you have the AM appearance and the bike has been registered with an insurance and carries the correct insurance license.

You can even use a thumb gas up to 45 km/h.

The 20 km/h scheme refers exclusively to electric powersmallvehicles. A bike is not an e-scooter.

No. A pedelec can only support you when you’re pedaling. Max a sliding aid up to 6 km/h is allowed.
