darf ich diesen roller fahren?
hey, also ich hab meinen B führerschein gemacht, bin aber noch 17 und darum will ich mir nen roller von nen kollege kaufen.
er hat mir die papiere gezeigt und da steht roller bis 25 km/h.
er meinte der roller hat 50cc und wurde damals auf 25kmh gedrosselt aber war serienmäßig auf 50kmh. jetzt ist mein problem, dass ich nicht weiß ob ich den legal fahren darf, da er ja in dem papier scheinbar auf 25kmh eingetragen ist. außerdem selbst wenn er auf 50kmh eingetragen wäre, fährt er auf graden strecken bis zu ca. 60km/h
darf ich ihn fahren, und ist er echt auf 25kmh eingetragen?( siehe bild)

That would be a very small one. Sure, this is included in the B driving license.
the problem is that he is registered as 25 but 60 drives. is that legal?
