Hallo. Ich habe einen Flug von Palma nach Düsseldorf mit Zwischenlandung in München mit Eurowings und Lufthansa City line. Ich habe auch den frequent traveller Status bei Lufthansa Miles and more. den kann ich vorlegen. habe ich Zugang zu einer Lounge in München um mir den Aufenthalt von vier Stunden zu versüßen?

At least in Munich, everyone can come to the “luxury” of a lounge stay. Just have to pay for it. Depending on the lounge 30-50€.
As Freuqent Traveller you have access to the LH Business Lounge, but only with valid boarding card of a remote connection, Eurowings in the basic tariff is probably not accepted.
