Can I ride the Ducati 848evo as an A2 bike? (Because the ratio of engine power to unladen weight is no more than 0.2 kW? The Ducati has 92 kW and 268 kg?)

There are few motorcycles that would be too light for the A2 on 35kW. For this, they must weigh less than 175kg. The KTM Dukes are such a case.

I doubt a Ducati 848 weighs 268kg empty! In such weight classes, fat travel enduros move.

Jupp, this is a sales ad. There’s someone in the data.

https://www.1000ps.de/used-motorraeder/brand/Ducati/model/Ducati-848-EVO It’s 168kg empty. 194kg filled.

It is crucial which weight is in the approval certificate.

Normally the weight is “ready with 90% filled tank”. So this is gonna go, but I’d get a copy of a certificate I, or ask someone for data.

92 by 268

then your question becomes unnecessary

if the bike is throttled to 35 kW, it has no 92 more…
