Darf ich den Spielgarten eines sehr großen Mehrfamilienhauses nutzen?
In unserem Ort ist eine sehr große neue Siedlung gebaut worden da wir hier von Geburt an leben und dort mittig zwischen den Mehrfamilienhäusern eine plantschanlage gabaut wurde und man davon überall lesen kann, wollten wir aus Interesse mit unsere Tochter mal dort hin und es uns wenigstens mal ansehen. Lautstark wurden wir von einem Mieter aufgefordert sofort zu gehen es sei ein privat Grundstück. Stimmt das? Schließlich ist es doch auf offen und man kann ja garnicht nachvollziehen ob wir vielleicht Angehörige von anderen Mietern sind
