In Germany, children and young people under the age of 18 are not allowed to buy chocolates with alcohol. The law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages and foods containing branded wine in not only minor quantities to children and young people. This also includes alcohol-containing pralines

Right, alcohol with this alcohol content is from 18, which also applies to the foods that are filled with it. You can also read in the JuSchG (§9).

Either the salesman took a break in your appearance, or it doesn’t seem important to him.

When you look at the ingredients:

5.8% whiskey. He had about 40%, but something else might have happened in the production process.

So alcohol content could be at most 2% and if I have seen it right, nothing is stated on the product. It should therefore tend to be even less.

In this case, there would probably also be no problem selling the product to you because the amount of alcohol contained is actually only slight.

The question is older, but I still have the need to add my must. Yes, according to the law, this can only be sold from 18 but since you, even if you are all probably not even aware of what, most of the shops are selling it already. As long as you don’t put 10 boxes on the boxing tape, everything can be cool

He didn’t thirsty sell you that way, but just behave for you.

This does not apply to sweets. Otherwise you should not be allowed to buy Mon Cherie.

You shouldn’t be allowed to do that.
