Am I allowed to carry out other activities even if they are not listed in my business description?

I registered a business over a year ago and the description of the activity states:

Online marketing (production and sale of digital and physical products and services, courses and consulting as well as commission-based business).

I plan to organize events, i.e. rent a club, book DJs and charge admission….

Can I organize and hold the events with my current business or do I have to re-register the business?

Best regards

Expand business registration with the GewA 2 form and log in to the FA.

For the two things, the FA will want to have separate awards.

No. Because it is a different activity and other establishment, the old one is not enough.

If you want to give up the previous activity, you can change the location and activity by means of a re-registration.

If you want to do both, make a second trade show.

Consider that a restaurant permit is required for a club with alcohol abuse. The trade show isn’t enough.

For additions, there is the transfer form GewA2.

You’re the easiest to go to the business registration office of the order collector and make it oral, otherwise there are misunderstandings

In one case, the trader had established a car sale, but given this lack of success immediately (without unsubscribe). Instead, he had installed pools (also registered).
The turnover tax audit was quite pingelig. Tax decisions were made with different tax numbers and the financial management was only in an effort to convince that the first company was never executed.

Of course, you may be active commercially, there is no inhibitory rule (with few exceptions).
If you do it assorted, you’ll save some circumstance.
