You can only sit behind the wheel without a driver if you have the driver’s license. So both tests have successfully passed in theory and practice. Before that, you can only drive in a driving school with instructors. The husband does not count unless it is an official driving school, is a driving school car and the husband is not a driving instructor.

Accompanying person on driving from 17 can become who

  • 30 years or older,
  • for at least five years the driving licence of Class B has been and continues.
  • has no more than one point in the driving register in Flensburg.

That is, if he meets all the criteria, yes he can.

But since she has not yet received the license, no.

There is still an important criterion: you have passed the driving licence.

And there’s my fault. I don’t know that the question explicitly referred to the time between theory and practice examination. Of course not.

Is the husband driving instructor and she his student? If so, yes – even if I personally think this is a stupid idea.

If no, no, of course not.

The trainer can drive with his driving instructor, with no one else.
