Yes, they can. These conditions were agreed with the creation of the accounts. Money and account are gone.

Amazon mistakenly blocked my account…

Aha, wrong.

Could it be that you are a minor?

Hello, I’m a student of a gymnasium…

Then your lock was completely right.

The account was not blocked because of this…

Irrelevant.

…but everything is monitored by my parents…

Again irrelevant, you must not register there under 18 years.

And that’s what you know, because you’ve deliberately registered with a fake date of birth.

…my question is still whether my money can be kept.

If Amazon by means of a welding can, where your date of birth must be equal to the date of birth of your application, prove that you are the lawful account holder, they will already pay it out.

And your unrighteousness is scary.

You may not have an account with Amazon. Also not with parental “monitoring”

The balance may still be retained (this is also the case in Amazon’s terms and conditions, or so much that no payment is made in the event of an account blocking)

Amazon does not lock “falsely“!
You must have violated the rules of the Amazon Civil Code.

Why don’t you call the real reason for your arrest?

Depends on whether you have a claim to access the credit, or whether it is an illegal account with unlawful credit that you do not claim.

Then you might have bought the gift voucher from one of ours. Maybe the gift card would be bought with a stolen credit card or similar.

The final reason doesn’t matter if the email has pulled the wrong drop-down field. You are under warranty

You are not entitled to use, so you have blocked the account. The credit’s gone.
